Washington, United States: US President Joe Biden announced $800 Million in additional military assistance to Ukraine on Wednesday soon after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addresses the US Congress in which he appealed for more help in staving off Russia’s invasion.

But Ukraine says it needs sophisticated Antimissile Systems, a senior White House official said.
